I am an international senior manager, consultant, coach, confidante, trainer and qualified Systems Engineer, with over 25 years’ experience in pioneering and supporting personal and organisational change. I am focused on the release of latent human capacities to navigate gracefully through complexity, innovation, and change.

Working in partnership with a large number of CEOs, directors, senior managers and their teams, I have helped them to clarify and manifest their vision, challenge their thinking and develop effective strategy through people.
I have designed and run many successful programmes including systemic culture change, leadership, communication, team development. I also design and facilitate programmes.
I have a reputation for being both supportive and challenging – I would describe myself as aspiring to be transformational and developmental. I specialise in working with executives, teams, and individuals.
In all my roles, my aim is to assist people to align their strategy, skills, and behaviour to their purpose and values. I am a ‘journeyman’, working in partnership with my clients. I bring humour and compassion to my work along with a deep understanding of people and organisational processes.
Following my first degree, I have gained several post-graduate qualifications including a Masters Degree (MSc in Systems Management).
I have studied psychology, and undergone training in group dynamics, and I am also certified in Spiral Dynamics, SQL, Team Building, Value Systems and Leadership & Management.
